Gary - Trek 7600 Multitrack; Blackburn racks; Performance rear panniers and Nashbar front; Avocet Cross II Kevlar (700x32)tires to start with, replaced the rear tire with Panaracer Pasela TG (700x32) at 1800 miles and 3600 miles; Zefal fenders; Shimano PD-M545 platform pedals; Trico Memoflex saddle which broke and was replaced with a Velo Plush (good deal at a nearby bike shop); Cat Eye Enduro 2 cycle computer; Presto handlebar bag; Profile bar end extensions.
